"Property was good pool was a little cold so I couldn’t stand to get in and hot tub was really crowded so I didn’t get in only down fall. My daughter complained of the pool temp too and didn’t stay in too long"

"Great hotel with kids. The water park is a big win. The restaurant and bar could use some work. Both are very dated and not a place you have to or want the go to. Good location in Gatlinburg for views and close enough to the main strip. "

"Brought my 9-year-old daughter here with me. We had a blast. The river outside the private balcony was perfect. It's located a little bit outside of Gatlinburg so you miss the hustle and bustle... Which was awesome for us. We had a little walk but we didn't mind that. Great place and we'll stay there again."
