"We only got to stay one night on our way to Smuggs. The place only has like 11 rooms. Room was small but clean and quaint but modern enough. The bed was very comfortable. The included cook to order breakfast was good. The room had everything you needed except a fridge. The ice machine was broken also. Location is 8 min from Smuggs, so very convenient. I would stay again, except it is a little pricey for what it is. "

"Rich was an excellent host. He's very responsive and made check in easy. PepperProperty is in a great location with easy access to mountain. House is comfortable, warm, quiet and spacious. Everything is as advertised and we had everything we needed for a lovely visit! Would definitely come again "

"Amazing stay! We arrived late on a snowy evening and were pleased to have access to a heated 3-car garage. The teens enjoyed the pool table, sauna, hot tub, and their own area to catch up and hang out. The property management service (atlas) was quick and responsive with a weather related broiler issue. "This was such a lovely, well designed property....as well as a great place to kick back and rest our aching, exhausted feet...our pup loved it too! There was TONS of snow when we arrived but the deck and stairs were clear...the interior was warm and cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchenette was perfect- a small fridge, a burner to make some homemade chicken soup, a microwave, a toaster, and most importantly....a coffee maker (there was also a grill on the deck which we didn't get a...

"This condo is perfect! We had only three guests but would have been comfortable with way more. Some fun books/toys for kids and easy walk right to ski lifts. Super easy parking, kitchen had all the essentials for cooking (pots/pans/knives/etc. - bring your own butter/oil. they do have salt and pepper!)We will defn. be coming back!"

"It was just me and my 20 y/o daughter on our now annual big mountain ski trip. She loved the breakfast, the bathtub, shower, and room in general. I enjoyed all of these as well but location was super important. Staying at the resort wasnt exsactly budget friendly and they make getting a reservation a pain. This place is located at essentially the bottom of the mou tain. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the skiing but it is a straight shot.Staff was super friendly. They offer tons of amenities...
