"Really enjoyed our visit. The house is extremely well-laid out for a good sized party and in a great area. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable seating areas and bedrooms. Nick was extremely cooperative when just a few days before our visit when we had an issue which caused us to shorten our stay. He was very accessible all throughout our visit. Hope very much to return in the future. "

"We were looking for somewhere to stay that was convenient for skiing at Smugglers Notch. It definitely fit the bill! 10 minutes from the room to the slopes. Very quiet property. When we arrived the innkeeper greeted us and was very helpful, answering all our questions before we could even answer them. The tavern downstairs had delicious food. It IS an older building, so it had some quirks (floor was slightly uneven, and the bathroom door was a little stiff), but those were pretty minor and to be expected. The bed was a little on the soft side, but still not bad. The breakfast was generous and tasty (hash brown casserole was amazing!). Check in and out was very convenient, the parking area was a little on the smaller side but we were able to park without any difficulty."

"Great stay at Hotel Jay, but lacking room service. We left our room each day at 9:30am and not once was it cleaned. We had to ask for towels just to have cleaned ones and they weren’t even going to pick up the dirty ones until I asked them to remove them. 5th time staying here and will be back but they need to housekeeping staff. "
