"Great friendly staff and clean housekeeping. I thought the onsen bath was on the facility. It's why I booked this hotel. I didn't know I had to prebook the private onsen bath room that doesn't belong to this hotel, thus I could not use it. I had to travel far out to enjoy a hot springs bath. There was a noisy thumping group above my room on my last night there past midnight. I told the staff and the noise stopped eventually."

"This was a self service facility - I didn't know room would not be cleaned daily or even after 2 days. Only stayed for 3 days which was fine. Only 2 complaints. The bed was very hard and the garbage cans were super small. Great location for catching the train, for food - mall was by the aquarium literally across the street. Totally recommend it!"

"The room was just perfect. You do own check in and out. Supermarkets and shopping near. Transportation is 5 min away. Super quiet. Some people will say it is far but far means dicovering new places and gems. I was even able to walk to Centeral areas, i enjoy walking in new cities. Also, very good connection to airport Kensai. Vending available. Own Room with hot and vold and all that you need. LAMU supermarket walkable and very good prices and open 24 hours. Some hidden restaurants tasty and not...

"宿泊料金を設備に全部振り分けたようなホテル。アメニティ類は最低限といった印象だが、部屋の設備はよかった。 空きがなくツインルームに泊まったが、トイレとお風呂は分かれていて、お風呂には洗い場もあった。また、小さなキッチンもあったが調理器具は一切見当たらず、貸し出しはあるのだろうか…と思ったりした。部屋に入った時からエアコンがずっとカラカラと音を立てていたのだけ気になった。 ホテル周辺の視界に入る範囲にコンビニがないので、必要なら着く前に調達することをお勧めする。(そこそこ歩けば数店舗あり)"
