"Great place to stay to visit the area. We only stayed one night so we could visit the Samaria Gorge but wish we'd have been staying longer! The rooms have everything you need and the staff were very welcoming. The food was very tasty and we even went back for an evening meal after the Gorge!! The free transfers to the gorge are also really good. Definitely deserves more than 2 stars!!"

The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. "Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, just outside is the bus 21 station that goes to Chania town centre bus station- from which you could take different buses to Botanical Garden, south villages, different towns. The beach is less than 10 min walk down the street; is nice and not too crowded, where I went twice in my 8 night stay as in the rest I went in excursions.
