Bath facilities were in need of some attention, $250 invested in some simple things like a toilet seat that wasn't falling off the toilet, would greatly increase the quality of the stay. Couldn't get the guest wifi to work, but I didn't try that hard. All in all, about what you can expect for <$100 / night. "
