"Definitely a great 5-star property that’s at least at nice as it looks and has great management/communication. Zero issues. Pros: everything still feels very new, clean, modern; LOTS of beach stuff, games, etc.; good amount of cleaning stuff and laundry detergent; has a nice pack and play; has both a keurig and regular coffee maker and had lots of the pods and reg coffee, packets, etc.; decent quality knife block and pans (rare); lots of convenient hanging hooks around the spaces (rare);...

"I was nervous about staying here because there were no reviews to give me insight about the place so I was pleasantly surprised by it. The location was great - right across the street from John’s Pass so we had quick access to food and shopping. The beach wasn’t crowded like Clearwater Beach. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and spacious. An added bonus was a few beach chairs, boogy boards and sand toys. I’d stay here again. "

"Our stay was overall great. The location was perfect and so close to everything. There was great parking and a beautiful view of the beaches. The thermostat did get very hot (75 F) which made some nights hard to sleep. Great appliances provided and so much space. The cleanliness was overall great only issue we found was the bath mats were dirty so we put them away during our stay and used a towel provided. Overall great and would likely book with them again. "

"This condo had everything we could have wanted and more (minus the pool and hot tub but honestly we didn’t really miss them). The beach is in wonderful shape and there was never a shortage of spots to sit. The owners were extremely easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The other owners and renters are very kind and the Thirsty Thursday gatherings were a fun surprise. We would definitely rent this condo again."
