"Location is key for this hotel. Short walking distance to very nice Madeira beach. Easy driving access to all directions for other attractions. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage, much infrastructure around the hotel is gone so meal options are limited within walking distance. Hotel itself has limited menu and a nice top floor bar. Rooms are very nice but common area floors etc could use better maintenance, they clearly were not vacuumed during our stay with debris on the hall carpets. Also, $25 per day parking pretty much mandatory as no street parking is available. Despite all this, I highly recommend it basically because of its location. "

"We had the perfect stay here. Right on the beach and everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the waves each night was the perfect wind down each night. Beds were very comfy. We would definitely go back when staying in the area again. "This beautifully updated "Florida House" just 100 yards from the Gulf is AHmazing! It is close to John's Pass and plenty of restaurants. The spacious little home has all new appliances and a fully-stocked kitchen with every possible item you'll need during your stay including coffee products, seasonings, cookware, dinerware, glasses. The entire home has the finest tile work throughout including the spacious showers. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbreĺas and even a wagon to take your stuff to th beach. The pictures do not do justice to how nice this house really is. Book here with confidence, you'll be very happy when you see this hidden gem. We WILL go back!"
