Came into town the Oct 26. Called and went to property, talked to Lynn at John’s pass condos. We were seeing if the property was good after the hurricanes. She put us off til Monday, to call again and talk to Jim. Talked to Jim, who said Lynn was off on Mondays. And had to handle our cancellation. Again, on Tuesday, Lynn insisted that this was Jim’s job to help us. She gave him message to call us.
He did not. Called on Thursday, and said the word refund to Lynn, and she went off yelling that they don't give refunds, then she hung up on me, after she stated that she gave Jim the message and that’s all she could do. So we decided, if we couldn’t do a refund, we would stay in the 4 th floor condo. That there shouldn’t be damage. On Friday,Stu called, and Lynn (out of a New York office), about our check in, was happy to help, and after a short hold, came back and said that condo wasn’t open for stays. She said for us to get a refund, from our insurance we purchased thru Vrbo, to contact you. We are finding this difficult to process.please tell us how to go about it.
