"As advertised, this beautifully renovated beachfront two-bedroom apartment had ample space, chic and fresh furnishings, and an unbeatable million-dollar sunset view. It perfectly captures the charm of Madeira Beach, balancing comfort with convenience. The owner, Jeff, is incredibly thoughtful, providing nearly everything you need for a seamless stay-(aside from food). While the washers and dryers are convenient, at this price point, I did expect them to be included, along with laundry detergent....

"Madeira Norte is a peaceful location. Good parking. Excellent swimming pool and beach front. Enjoyed sites within walking distance. 411 was very clean and comfortable. View from balcony was enjoyable. Excellent beds, bathrooms, and shower. Kitchen with appliances and laundry were all in perfect working order. We were permitted to check-in early which was helpful after an early flight. Host Mike was awesome to work with and fast with communication! No complaints or issues to address....

"This is a wonderful property and the owners made themselves very easy to contact. Unfortunately the stay, through no reason caused by the owners, could have been better. Construction on the beach in front of the unit on Monday 9/23 kept us indoors that day. Heavy equipment and jack hammers doing work in the jetty made any outdoor activities at the property unavailable. Then the mandatory evacuation cut our visit short. Again, the owners were most pleasant and made themselves easily...

"The location was great. Plave was vlean and updated. We knew in advance about constrution so that was not to terrible. The internet did not work most of the time so we couldnt watch any tv when we were in condo. "The condo itself was everything in the description, very well equipped with everything you can imagine. We saw manatees and dolphins in the mornings from our balcony. The employees at the property were all so very friendly, the area is safe. My only complaint would be that the elevator was unusable when we arrived and for the entire week we were there. Fortunately, we were on the 2nd floor. "
