Our condo at the beautiful and modern Las Brisas resort delivers the perfect blend of home and vacation that you've been looking for. This is a corner unit on the second floor with privacy and space to enjoy your Florida beach vacation. The corner units at the building spans the width of the building, so this condo gives extra space for your family to spread out. Enjoy a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf from your spacious private balcony, with plenty of room for dining or just relaxing.

Everything is provided, from a fully stocked kitchen, to clean and comfortable beach and bath towels, linens, to beach chairs and toys. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, walk-in closet, and leads into the attached bathroom. The second bedroom features two full size beds, also with attached full bathroom. The large living room area offers plenty of seating space, and leads out into the beachfront balcony.

Free WiFi internet service, TV's in each bedroom, DVD with Blu-ray, and a selection of movies make it a great spot for taking a break from the beach. Swim in the the year-round beachfront heated pool, and enjoy a BBQ at the provided grill and picnic area with Tiki huts. Also included, a reserved parking space.

Full size washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

Free on-site parking for one vehicle only. Off-site parking is available for additional vehicles if necessary.

Excellent Stay at Madeira Beach
Booking and check-in process was very smooth. Location was easy find and surrounded by several restaurants within walking distance. Unit was incredibly spacious and clean. Would recommend to others looking for a stay in Madeira Beach!

Our Madeira Beach vacation was incredible! We stayed in a beautiful condo on the beach, just as depicted on Verbo. It had everything we needed - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry facilities, and beach items that came in handy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was spotless. Our condo was great, could see the pool and ocean while sitting on the balcony. Loved that our unit was at the end, so no foot traffic passing our door. We were close to John's Pass for shopping and restaurants and enjoyed some free activities provided to us by the Itrip Management team. WOULD stay here again.

Pre-trip communication with the owners was awesome and communication with them during the trip, only 1 issue which was building related, not condo related, was handled quickly. The condo had everything we needed for our trip and when we are in the area again, we will be reaching back out to them for this unit. Thanks for a great family trip.

Beachfront. What else do you need? Spacious condo for 3 adults in separate beds. Other units may have a wider view but the view from this unitis still awesome. Clean condo with everyting you need. I would stay again.

Enjoyed my breakfast and Happy Hours gazing at the beach. Property manager is very prompt with responses or questions. Perfect place to stay for location to restaurants and easy access to the causeway. Didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on how well the kitchen is equipped but plenty of dishes and utensils. There were only 2 of us but very spacious for even 2 couples or small family. Loved our stay.
