"As with this hotel, I noticed they clean the areas morning and night- which is awesome. They are available to fix and address any concerns met by guests. If guests has odour coming from their room - there will b a warning to correct it so that other guest like myself can live in comfort and peace. "Hotel was okay, rooms were a little noisy when we were trying to sleep but then it all settled down. The bath towels were very damp though so you may want to keep them in the dryer a little longer so that they dry properly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! "

"We often stay at this hotel whenever we come to Toronto for events. The GO Train is just a few minutes up the road and very convenient to get downtown without the hassle of driving at rush hour. It's also reliable for returning to the hotel after an event and the area is safe and quiet. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. "The room was extremely small. Paint was peeling off the walls and bathroom door. We had to put our suitcase in the bathroom because there was no room. The sink was so small, it was difficult to brush our teeth and they put a mirror with a shelf just above it. Staff were nice and the breakfast was acceptable. We will not be staying there again."
