The property much more confidential information than Expedia by far and was intrusive. A day before check-in while I was still in tne US, I filled out a form to get info on getting key to property. There is no LIVE person to address or answer questions. After filling out the form requiring personal financial information (linked to some company in California), I received another form to fill out just hours before check-in while arriving. This was quite stressful. This required enrollment in a company called Link, which then send you spam emails for other offers. Then just right before check in I received an email with info for the key. This company presents multiple layers of information requests open to identity theft. Then the place had an online youtube video on how to find the entrance to the initial gate (and one of three passcodes before actually getting the key to enter). This tells you how non-obvious the entry was. Then the couches, the floors, dining room seats, hallway carpet are completely covered in disgusting stains. I rented for a week and had not support - I ended up buying my own toilet paper when we ran out. The place itself was spacious and had a great kitchen on the plus side and, once we found the place it was convenient and close to the Waterloo train station. I would not rent from them again, mainly because of the poor communication and anxiety of having no prompt support.
