"Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...

"En general la ubicación excelente y el departamento bastante cómodo, pero no es un aparhotel, es un arriendo de departamento, por lo que no hay limpieza diaria, desayuno ni cambio de toallas y cosas similares que uno esperaria en hoteles. "Unacceptable property. The owner changed the property at the last minute twice!! The final apt the owner offered me was very very dirty! I did not stay not even one night brcause it was disgusting. I had to go out and find a hotel to stay because the apt was disgusting and the owner did not care at all. I demand a full refund! I told tte owner and send pictures of the dirty apt. She did not care at all and stopped answering my messags. She lied and robbed me!! "

"Mal , llegue y no me dieron el acceso a la propiedad antes, tuve a esperar en la Puerta a que me lo manden . Nos cortaron la Internet por 2 días , por falta de pago. Solicitaba la solución y no gestionaban. Luego enchufamos una tostadora y se apago todo el departamento nos quedamos sin luz , escribí y nunca me contestaron , gracias a dios el portero del edificio nos ayudó. Éramos 5 en la propiedad y dejaron 2 toallas, solicité más toallas y nos dijeron que nos iban a mandar más y nunca...
