"Very pleasant check in, quick and friendly fly staff. My room felt really warm so it didn’t seem as if the air was working but when I notified the front desk they quickly switched me to another room. Amazing view. Very clean and affordable. Great deal "

"For the most part it was good, except for the cleaning. Toilet was extremely dirty. Looks like last visitor had an accident and it wasn’t properly cleaned before giving it to somebody else."

"Outside the property there was a sewer smell. Towards the front area it smelled like mildew. Check in process was easy. We received Room 312. The tub floor looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The comforter had a stain that looked like cookies and cream ice cream. We didn’t notice it until we were packing to leave. Made me think did they even wash it from the previous guest that used that room? The location was convenient. The breakfast did not have eggs or sausage. It was continental. "

"The Mariner is a descent place for a little get away. The rooms might not be fully updated but at least it wasnt crawling with roaches. Being right next to the gulf it is in fairly good shape. Not really a continental breakfast when its only a muffin."
