"The Oriental hotel was awesome, it served our purposes as a familly of 4 with small young children. What we loved Lawsons available on site Close to train station Free bus to Disneyland The breakfast was awesome and varied Lunch and Dinner were also great variety of food The drinks and snack station entertained our 2 kids no end Staff were friendly and accommodation Checkin easy They had a Laundromat area which is extra special as well as free toothbrushes and other condiments available "

"The hotel is convenient for tourists who arrived Haneda Airport Terminal 3. The roof top Public Onsen is definitely a bonus for me. Hotel should provide more training to the lobby staff to have initiative to greet the incoming guests. Although there are auto Check-in and Check-out machines, hotel staff should take initiative to greet and help the guests to use the machine properly when they first step in the reception area. "Very convenient as it's right across from the Bayside Station. A good alternative if you cannot book a Disney hotel. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There's a Lawson right downstairs so it's perfect and convenient to grab some snacks before heading over to the park. "

"We loved our stay here! Around the corner is a 24-7 7/11 and Family Marts, and being next to the Kyobashi train station on the Ginza line was the best decision ever. Staff spoke English and Chinese, and were all very professional. We had the Queen Plus One room and it was spacious for 2.
