Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"Great location to subway, only 1 stop to the airport or 1 stop to Hakata for the Shinkensen. Check in was not as straight forward as it should of been - the booking code wasnt active so didnt work. Messaged them through expedia and they sorted it so we could get in. No keys, we just took a photo of the codes to open doors. There is quite alot of road noise during the night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. The is a restaurant downstairs which was good/convenient. Family...

The room was clean, compact, and comfortable - if you are accustomed to Western-style hotels, be aware that the rooms are quite small by comparison.
