"There is no one at the front desk despite the 24-hr front desk label advertised on hotels.com. Luckily there is another property belonging to the same owner (Kawana hotel) about a block away, and when I used the intercom the receptionist had to walk over and attended to my check-in when I arrived at 10pm.
