The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. There was a 4-floor mall below the hotel if you need anything for your trip. We were there for a conference at the Trade Center, which is easily accessible from the hotel. To go to the city center you need a Grab app to ride in cars (similar to Uber, costs about $5 to go to the city center, about $10-20 to go outside the city) or learn how to you the extensive public transportation - the metro station is right at the exit of the hotel. On the whole, a very nice experience. "
