"Pros: close to bus station., there is a lot happening in the vicinity. Cons: the room had no ventilation (no window to the outside world) excrpt for a fan."

I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour! "Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "
