"I was pleasantly surprised at the property. Building in great condition. Bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Not a lot of space to move around near the bed. I had a cute set up when I arrive which included clean towels. The second day I receive towels but they had a pungent smell as if they were washed but not immediately dried. The third day I didn’t receive towels at all. There is a 7-11 feet away from the door. Not a long commute to get on the train."

"This is my first time visiting Tokyo and Juyoh was my first hotel/hostel stay. What a great first impression of Japanese hospitality. Juyoh is located in Taito City, which is a charming and quieter area north of Ginza. The room is modestly sized with a tatami style sleeping mat and cushion, which is quite comfortable for people who are minimalists, a sleeping style called "shikibuton." There is no TV. "We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"

"It was pretty convenient it was really cheap had everything i needed in there but the soundproof was kinda bad it felt like i was in a room with whole bunch of people but other than the wall being thin i am very satisfied i liked the location so many supermarkets and convenient stores to go nearby and train station and bus stop nearby the staffs were nice it’s a simple place to stay i liked the area it was quiet and suburb but close enough to go to middle of the city as well closest busy area...

"Really only good if you are staying for a few days, but price is very good. The bed is only just two cushions that look like they can fall at any time. No elevator either and rather than each floor having a shower, its only located on the first floor so going up and down can be a little tiring. The location is perfect though with it being not too far from the sky tree and Minami-Senju station. Overall not worth the stay unless you are there for few days or on a very strict budget "

"Hotel Sails exceeded our expectations. As a family with a 7 and 10 year old, we wanted a little extra space and two rooms. The hotel delivered well on that front, with two bedrooms and a small kitchen and dining space. It was clean, and felt spacious by Tokyo standards. "Far too expensive for what they offer. A lost card is 9000 yen yet there is black mold on ceiling on the third and forth floor. I have had much better experiences at the hostels in Tokyo. If I could have gotten a refund I would have. This is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is also pretty unfriendly. "
