"Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. "Good stay the staff were very helpful. The rooms are nice, the bathtub is deep and really relaxing with a full wet room. I spent most of my time in the room and would say it was enjoyable and had a nice view. Quiet at night too"

"I love that the hotel is right next to the train station. Plus, if you need anything or you're hungry, they have all 3 different convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-11 and Lawson) right next to the hotel. If you pay extra, you can also get the breakfast buffet, which is available in the hotel from 6-10am. And, whether you're landing in Haneda or Narita airport, there's a shuttle bus that will take you straight from the airport to the hotel. I'm definitely staying here again for my next trip to Tokyo!"
