"Like new hotel. Very courteous staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable!!"

"Decent hotel for an overnight stay in the area. Fairly close to downtown, airport, mall etc. Hotel has clearly been updated, but still shows signs of an older building. HVAC cover was off when we arrived, but worked properly. Took a photo and showed the front desk attendant so there wasn’t a chance of being blamed for it. Shower was subpar as the dial was backwards, so hot was cold and cold was hot. When I say hot I mean warm at best. "

"Only available parking on property is valet. Valet attendants are amazing and helpful; but the rate is fairly high at $46 per night. There is plenty of open parking lots and structures; you’ll just have to walk a block or less. The property and staff are amazing. The front desk allowed early check-in; the little amenities you get on arrival; complementary drinks and discounts at the on property eating and dining is appreciated. "Hotel was adequate and clean. Very centrally located to the activities we were in Nashville to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and a large urban park too. Nice inviting lobby. Plenty of free parking. "
