"I reserved a balcony room and was given a 1st floor pool side room. The room was also an ADA room with no bathtub. If we had not arrived so late after 15 hours of travel I would have complained right then. Next to the Laundry room which apparently was getting remodeled with workers first thing in the morning. "

"The front desk people are very friendly and housekeeping is friendly as well. Really good breakfast.spacious rooms . Very reasonable price and even though I found a couple of roaches it wasn't a problem as I killed them. I am not complaining because the staff is really helpful and friendly.and the hotel is very nice on inside and they clean rooms everyday unlike other hotel me and my boyfriends mom was . I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something reasonable accommodation and...

"We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was rainy. Touring around the museum and the various train cars was super fun. The grandkids (ages 4, 6, 7, 9) were over the moon with this 'surprise' overnight stay before we headed to our cruise. The staff were terrific. The pullman car was awesome. We knew it wouldn't be a spotless, newly built hotel room, but this made it all the more exciting to be in a venue from days gone past."

"Loved this hotel. Check in process was super slow but the room itself was quite large & very comfortable. We had a great view of the water directly across the road. Breakfast was incredible with so many options. Location was great with easy walk or drive to plenty of food & entertainment options. Would stay here again. "

"Really good restaurants in the area. Benno’s and Saltgrass have very good food. The seafood platter at Bennos is amazing. I’ve stayed here multiple times now and always get coffee but no coffee maker. The room overall was nice….top floor with an ocean view."
