"Lovely hotel and helpful friendly staff. Stayed one night as attending a wedding nearby. Our room was comfy and clean, good shower though nowhere to put stuff in the bathroom. Crail is a lovely wee town. "

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location, clean, comfortable and magnificent views. Dog friendly. Some basic foodstuff and human and doggy treats on arrival. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a self catering break. Excellent communication from the owner prior to arrival with easy to follow instructions to get there. Once arrived, it is so quiet and peaceful you canā€™t help but relax!"

" Wee House was lovely, Within easy reach of all the beautiful villages and beaches around East Neuk of Fife. Hosts, Liz and Paul, were very helpful. Had problem setting up TV in lounge, which was a bit annoying trying to appease a demanding 6 year old. but Paul was very helpful. Only other problem was the stairs, which my wife had difficulty with. She reckoned it could do with a second bannister."

"We had a really enjoyable stay, the property was well equipped and comfortable however disappointed at the cleanliness of the property. It appeared that the bare minimum was done in order to clean the property. There were areas that were extremely unclean. The property would benefit from a deep clean and a freshen up with paint would go a long way. "

I paid a visit to the amazing Isle of May on Saturday. For anyone who likes seabirds, it is a must. The weather was fantastic and the birds were unbelievable...noisy, smelly and absolutely everywhere. I'm not a birder by any means, but the puffins were great and I gave my jack-of-all trades 28-300 VR a good work-out.
