"This is a very nice property ideal for a large family or maybe 3 couples. Three fishermen cottages from the mid-1700s have been converted to make this spectacular house with incredible views over the Firth of Forth. It has been tastefully renovated and is well equipped. We were there with 7 people, two children 4 & 7, one young adult, and two couples. It worked very well for us. The only slightly negative thing I had to say was the loft room has a toilet but no shower and the kitchen area was...

"This property looks exactly like the pictures! It really is THAT amazing. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy getaway. Also, we don’t have a car, but it was very easy to access using only public transportation."

"Arrived to a clean beautiful home with amazing views of the sea. We were lucky to have clear sunny weather and watched the sunrise with our coffee every morning from the balcony. At night the street noise was noticeable but given college students returning and the weather it was not completely unexpected. This home has everything you could want or need for a comfortable visit to Scotland and St Andrews. Dining, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. As a base to find and play...

"Lovely little cottage for a small family or couple. Everything you need. Location was perfect for us just the right amount of country side/sea side but not too much of a drive to find shops and sights."

"We stayed 4 nights , the accommodation was excellent and just as described. The hot tub was enjoyed by the children, even in the inclement weather! Communication before and during our stay with Sue, the host was also excellent, and we were very appreciative of the board games she loaned for us to play with the children! "First, the cottage was just perfect! Very clean. Nice, big kitchen complete with all the basics needed for cooking and a table for 4. Fridge was large enough for the two of us and had a small freezer compartment. Large entry area which was perfect for storing golf clubs. Bedroom was large and had a queen bed, twin bed, and wardrobe. Lounge was also very big and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with tub/shower. Excellent water pressure and quick to get hot water. "The location of sea view cabin is amazing, waking up to that view every morning was perfection. The cabin was spotless cozy and warm, the attention to every detail was spot on. Communication with the host is on another level. We had the best time and can’t wait to return."

Great hotel in a great location

"We attended a wedding close to the hotel which commenced at 13.30. As booking in commenced at 15.00 we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel reception. After the wedding we got back to the hotel at 23.00. Our luggage was safely left in our rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The large beds were very comfortable and bed linen spotless. The rooms comfortably warm. We all had a good night’s sleep. In the morning we were amazed when opening the curtains the view of the Firth of Forth over to Fife was spectacular. It helped that it was a pleasant sunny morning. Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was wholesome and tasty. We all had the full Scottish breakfast - good choice - it was excellent. Booking in and signing out was simple and effortless. Would most certainly recommend this small hotel to everyone. "

"Property was lovely. Room was clean and modern. Shortbread, water and various teas and coffees available in room. Owners very friendly. Hot tub was a great perk. Breakfast was also excellent. Fresh fruit, cereals and cooked all available. Lovely home made jams to buy too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Very easy to check-in. Hotel well placed for the main north/south route. Handy for a short walk into the town. Although next to ASDA , the area was relatively quiet. Restaurant attached offers a good menu, including a choice for breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. "
