"The bedroom appeared to be clean but when I moved one of the beds and a bedside cabinet there was rubbish behind and under the furniture. I had to move the bed to gain access to the wardrobe. The bathroom, however, was not clean at all. There was rubbish on the floor and it was filthy. The shower door didn’t open fully because the sink was in the way. The room was so small it was awful. The shower door did not close properly as it was warped at the bottom. We didn’t use it whilst we were there because the water obviously would escape from the cubical through the door. There was evidence of this happening previously on the flooring. The sink was cracked in the middle, possibly from the shower door hitting it.The toilet seat and lid were not attached properly and were falling off the toilet. Four days trying to cope with a bathroom like that was a nightmare. Thank goodness we were visiting my Brother and were able to use the bathroom at his house each day. "
