The hotel room was clean and had all the basics needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite. However, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable—hard as a plank of wood—which made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. If you prefer a very firm mattress, this might not be an issue, but for me, it really affected my sleep. Everything else was fine, but a comfortable bed is key for a hotel room, so unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again unless the bed situation improves.

The room was tiny, barely any room to move around. The table underneath the TV hadn’t been cleaned, there was clusters of mould in the vent in the toilet cupboard and there was used tissue stuffed behind the TV. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be staying here again

Amazing budget hotel!!
We stayed here for an overnighter after a gig at the O2. The room did exactly what it said on the tin! Small but plenty room for the 2 of us. Very clean, cosy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

There was no heating or hot water in our room. We were told to wait up to 3 hours for it to work. After 2 hours, we were freezing (still had our coats on) were unable to have a shower and wanted to get ready to go out for the evening. There was a draft coming through the bottom of the window. The staff were very unhelpful and said we just needed to wait for it all to heat up. It didn’t heat up. So we checked out and booked into a different hotel.

Great location with free parking. Not far to walk to city centre and OVO Hydro and many amenities in the area. Room is budget with no frills but ideal for putting you head down at the end of the night.

You really get what you pay for here. No luxuries such as a toilet seat or bath mat. We didn’t even get a clean bathroom, the toilet was dirty when we checked in. The hotel is near a casino and slot-machine place and the area outside matches. While the walk into the city is short, it’s not a pleasant walk and I wouldn’t advise doing it in the dark.
