"Handy for Science centre, Imax, and OVO Hydro. Regular bus service to town centre with bus stop 5mins walk. Rooms are basic but clean. Towels provided. No tea or coffee facility in room. Breakfast available, although we didn't try it so can't comment. Plenty of free parking if you arrive by car."

"AMAZING!!! The restaurant team were simply the best. We had our 7 year old grandson with us who has autism, and the staff went well over and above for us. George spoke to him, Keiran the chef came out of the kitchen to see him. Truly exceptional and in his words “the best night ever”. Service goes a long way and this whole team nailed it, even with our annoyingly awkward requests with our meals. We love a night away and I have not experienced service like this for a long time. The management team should be proud of a truly exceptional front of house team, and of course a special mention to Keiran for making it a night to remember. "

"Mark on reception was amazing, I had a little problem on my second night and he resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Large comfy bed. Spotless bathroom. The restaurant was fab good fresh food. Fantastic breakfast. "

"Modern, comfortable room near the Clyde river end of town. Quite despite renovations. Getting into parking was a little confusing but reception staff were of great assistance. "

"The staff who were on rota are lacking in customer service skills. Room had no body wash or other hygiene products other than hand soap. For a 4 star hotel, this is pretty poor. The food was lovely, but no condiments were delivered to the room. Blood stained carpets & ill fitting matress protectors, are also not conducive to 4 star hotels."

"Loved how it was so relaxed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the decor with drums and drumsticks suspended from the ceiling and literally round the corner from the OVO Hydro and also such a great location for the airport and going into Glasgow itself. Will definitely be booking here again!!!!"
