"I had 2 (two) rooms reserved. When we arrived at the hotel we only had 1 room and the hotel was sold out, due to Taylor Swift being in New Orleans. The hotel could see that the request had two room but only 1 room was requested by hotels.com"

The AC did not work well to cool the room but the humidity was very high. We always travel with a small fan and it was a good thing because it helps circulate the air. Breakfast was subpar. What they call Coffee was just hot water. Danishes and other bread products were hard and stale. We went across the street to get coffee from McDonald's and when we came back...

"We stayed here after being at the Marriot and would have preferred to be here the whole time. Staff were helpful and friendly, it’s a great old house with so much character and the cats made you feel at home and not like a tourist. We will definitely return!"

"Rooms have everything you need, simple efficient. The heating/cooling unit in the room is loud and not good at actually keeping the room cool. The blue light in the mini fridge is horribly bright, needed my eye mask. So reasonable for this city that you can handle the odd inconvenience "
