"Great place worth 5 star review. The pool is across the street at the club which is a decent walk. Check in is simple, the host responded and resolved the few questions we had immediately. 5 minute walk to the beach is nice with amazing snorkeling close by. We also saw dozens of turtles and 2 monk seals on the beach. Every night we walked to the Sheraton grabbed a few drinks at the bar and watched the sunset. "

"This incredible property had it all. Close enough to walk or drive to several beaches and restaurants. The house was amazing with an infinity pool to match. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a luxury rental in a spectacular location. "

"This was my husband and my first time on Kauai, so we picked this unit for it's central location. It was great for that, but so much more! The unit was really well outfitted, it was clear the owner had thought through the potential needs of her guests. The view from the lanai was as advertised, gorgeous. We loved being able to walk along the coast and all the yummy food options nearby. The grounds of the complex were beautiful and well manicured. Check in was easy and Nancy was very quick...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It came with all the essentials and more. The beach equipment was really nice to have and in good condition. We didn’t do any cooking, but it came with everything one might need to save some money instead of eating out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the AC was limited to 72 which is fine during the day, but it would have been nice to have it cooler for sleeping. We will recommend this place to our family and friends. "

"Place needs work…a remodel & paint. Bed linens were very worn. Small tv & didn’t have much volume on the audio. Very spacious & loved having a washer/dryer! Floor felt dirty . Great views of sunset from the patio! Was just okay for a short stay. No AC & no king bed."

"This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill. The house is equipped with all the beach gear you need which was so nice. Melissa, Property Manager responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions."
