"Reception Staff are very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Cleaners too are lovely and the place is spotless ! All the staff are a credit to the hotel. If I was forced to critique I would say the rooms are pretty basic but they do have everything you need. Lacking the extra detail for a 4 star hotel like a fridge, seating, USBs. Location was perfect and great value for money. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Wow! A great budget hotel that is worth every penny! We stayed in 2 of the garden rooms which had lovely patio doors overlooking the garden. The bathrooms are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy.
