"The executive double room was massive and decent value for money for Windsor. A few other reviewers have mentioned cleanliness, it’s not awful but just little things that you’d think would be part of the cleaners check list. "Staff very good, room clean with everything needed. One issue is we never seem to get our paid invoice when checking out always seems they have a problem with login in. The guy on reception said he would email the invoice but haven’t had it yet and expect I will have to chase them, not good as we need the invoice for our VAT accounts"
