"Nice outdoor ambiance. The grounds were set up to enjoy the gulf. The room was clean but in need of a total update. "

"Old motel, that looks it, with very comfortable beds, nice shower, helpful staff and easy to find location. Unseasonably cold weather so extra blankets were provided and ownership team kept propane heaters fired up in Tiki Bar. Not the Ritz but definitely met our sleeping needs."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Resort was on the waterfront. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast area was open all day with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water. Cookies were set out daily from 2-6. Had use of kayaks and bikes, pool and beach. All at the resort. Saw the sunrise each morning directly out of our window, over the water. Hammocks were restful and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax on. We were disappointed to have to leave. Love to come...

"The pictures online do not do this place justice. Tucked between two larger hotels, it’s like an oasis. Our room in particular had a grassy lawn facing the water, was spotless and well appointed. Small beach, pool and sandy area (volleyball court) is adjacent to a dock and boat launch for interesting views. Lots of iguanas and a local rooster completes the ambiance. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Arrived early & were allowed to enjoy the little beach/cove area before check in which was appreciated. Room and facilities were clean and as expected. Staff were all friendly. Walked to a little cafe called harriettes which was convenient. Would recommend staying here. "

"Very clean room, old property but well maintained. The location by the water was perfect. It was like traveling back in time. A short drive to Duvall street. Will definitely stay there again."

"It was near where i need to be. The room is nice and the beds. The big tv is a plus but i couldn't figure out how to make the picture fit the screen. I tried the tv remote cable remote. Nothing so i gave up. But my fridge need ice trays so i can make ice. Not sell me ice. Other than that the owner was very nice and responds text back fast. I did liked my stay regardless. "

"Nice affordable beachfront property. I would probably book again. Pet friendly . Cleaning staff could be more observant. Left over containers left in fridge and coffee cups not changed.only one in room and trash left in the remaining one. No microwave in our room. The city of Marathon, Florida is a nice place to visit. Plenty of attractions to see near by."
