Front desk staff was very helpful. There were multiple lounge chairs at the water’s edge both full sun and shade. Manatees in the marina. Tiki Bar made for a fun friendly evening. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

We did really enjoy this place. Room and property were clean. I was however frustrated and disappointed that the pool closes at 6pm. One of the things we enjoy most on vacation is swimming at night. 6pm? Way to expensive of a resort to not to be able to use the pool late in the evenings. This is nearly a deal breaker for our familly

The property and our room were excellent, along with the housekeeping. We had breakfast at Mercado Mercado everyday and the food and service was excellent. Service at the pool and beach were excellent as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The dinner food at Mercado Merado and Tiki-Bar was very good also, but the service was very poor. It was good at breakfast at Mercado Merado, but not at dinner. Service at Tiki-Bar was terrible all day. Bar tenders were very in experienced and oblivious to new customers that came to the bar. It would take 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged that I sat down. My wife asked for Bailey’s Irish cream in her after dinner coffee and all three bartenders did know what it was and said they didn’t have it. Another bartender came by and pulled it out of their fridge. Other than some service issues we had a great time, but for the price, there shouldn’t be any service issues.

Was great for a resort. Onsite restaurants have great food and amazing views. Contstant piped in music (all throughout the resort— on the beaches, the pools, the walkways, etc) was a downside but they might be par for the course on a resort. Biggest downside was that there is no hot tub on the premises. This might change as some of the resort is still under construction. Biggest upside is the amazing views and the wonderful staff. Everyone was not only polite, but helpful, and friendly.

The hotel and stAffwereamazing. Two of restaurants were being redone so our dinner choices on site were limited. Setting that aside, this place is unbelievably good for the price. A marina with boardwalk, live entertainment, a real Tiki bar, two perfect beach areas and great salt water swimming pools. Even an ice cream shop and a beachwear store on site.
