"Well it is very convenient to the locations I have to visit!"

"Hotel did not have the room we needed. They would not refund our money because we booked with a “third party”. They said we need to get our refund through hotels.com. Worse was that we had to scramble to find another hotel and paid way more than we should have for the proper accommodations. It ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday surprise to a concert in sac. The Hyatt staff was rude and dismissive"

"All I have to say is that the front desk ladies and management are absolutely awesome. They’re very understanding and they’re very accommodating and this is like one of the best places to stay."

"First impression is that location is kind empty, dark and no people around. But just 1 or 2 blocks away it is alive with crowds and things to do. Highly recommend. The hotel itself is very very nice, the staff is nice too."

"When it comes cleaning. It was minus zero. The dodo from dog was in front of my room before getting there. I told the reception desk. I was there for 4 days and it was still there. The bathroom was never clean. Requested for towels and tissue paper. When i did not get it. I went out to walmart to buy towel and toilet paper. The blanket was covered with unmade bedsheets. I have pictures if you need it. Am tryingvto attach it but unable to do it"

"Hotel was very nice at a great price located near great dining and trolley. My only negative is parking in front is limited to 10 spaces until 7am which you pay for every 3hrs. Parking garage is 2 blocks away but safe to walk. "
