"Great customer service, my bedroom was clean but the door into the bedroom needs changing as there was quite a big gap underneath. There was a constant noise coming from the large extractor fan outside which made it harder to fall asleep on the first night. "

"Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "

"It's 1:02 in the morning and still the pub is full of drunk, loud people singing at the top of their lungs. Management must be encouraging it since no one has told them to go home. When you have guest rooms, you should practice respect for your guests who are trying to sleep!! Never again will we come here. "
