We were in room 212 and the bedroom was ok, the restrictor on the window was broken which didn't pose a safety concern to us but may to others. The bathroom however needs some attention, the floor was broken in places and even though it was probably cleaned it really didn't feel clean. The toilet moved when you sat on it. "We were in the area visiting relatives and needed somewhere to stay the night which was reasonably priced, although it wasn't particularly cheap, it was convenient and clean, and the chap in reception was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home, all in all, it worked out well, we would stay again if the occasion arose."
