"We had scheduled a business retreat in Fort Myers Beach. The two separate living areas provided the perfect space for our needs. The home was beautiful, and steps away from everything Fort Myer's beach has to offer. Sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and canal was the perfect way to wake up with a cup of coffee. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"Location was great middle of the island and very close to Publix. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk across the street. The house is nicely decorated and has abundance of kitchen accessories. Fort Myers beach is not the same previous to Ian, but remains paradise. I would definitely stay again."

"This unit has a great view and is well maintained. The kitchen is great, new and modern appliances. The bathroom could use updating and lacked storage space. Paint on the walls was bubbled in a couple of spots. While the bedroom closet is large, you are limited to half of it for storage. Another chair in the living area would have been good, as both my husband and I found that the couch wasn't very comfortable.The bed was very comfortable but the sheets were not a texture that we were...

"The pictures and description of the ammenities were misleading. The pool and hot tub shown in the listing were apparently not part of the rental. The number 1 reason we rented the spot was to have access to the hot tub over looking the waterway. Otherwise it was a nice place amd I would conside renting again if there was access to the hot tub."

"The house, pool and hot tub were wonderful. A short walk to the beach and many restaurants. The management company was responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would stay at this property again. Sad to see that so much recovery from the hurricanes is still needed. FYI: northbound traffic on the main road of the island is stop and go from about 3:00 pm til 7:00 or later!"
