Also, there was a toilet leak that was an inconvenience but those type of things happen. "Stayed for five nights. Really enjoyed the the ease of getting to the condo because you don’t have to deal with traffic going south. It’s close to what was Time Square/Pier and the restaraunts and shops are coming back. Right on the beach and great view and sunsets!The unit was clean and as advertised and we would stay there again."

While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around."

"Condo was lovely as well as the pool and location to the beach. The only downside was the trolley was not running consistently-waited 1-2 hrs then called an uber. No restaurants nearby except an ice cream shop. We did not rent a car so there wasn’t much within walking distance. "

"This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view of both the Gulf and Bay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a prior review stating no beach gear- there were beach chairs available, which was very convenient. Short walk to downtown restaurants and shops and if you don't feel like a walk- the Tram drives by every 20 minutes or so. We would definitely recommend this unit to others."

Definitely not a hotel feel at all (no restaurants, no daily cleaning), but we were fine with it. My only complaint would be the pull out couch/bed. It was so thin, and very uncomfortable.
