"This house is located just 10 min walk to Margaritaville and the beach, it is 15 mins to time square. The pictues are outdated and do not so the property justice. The inside is completely remodeled and has everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation."

"The property was exactly as pictured and provided a wonderful space to spend time with family. We walked to the beach (prime location), used the pool quite a few times, and spent time playing a few games that were provided. It was well appointed and clean."

"Beautifully updated home and guest house. Property is located a block from the beach. During our stay the pool was a mess from Hurricane Debby, but totally understandable. The rest of the grounds had seashells instead of grass, which was cool to look at. Had a nice sitting area on the deck. Cute place! "

"We had a great time in this cute little home. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants and is very quiet. We were hoping for a few relaxing days, and we could not have been more pleased. Maria had many "extras" like plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, toiletries, floats, snacks, etc. which made the place easy to just go in and enjoy. I have no complaints at all but would note that the home is small and ideal for a small group and the slider to the pool area is hard to open...
