"Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the hotel. I was without hot water for 3 days and could not take a shower. I complained several times at the reception but no one did anything. I would like my money back."

"I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the property, it was clean, looked freshly painted and new compared to so many of the others are in the area. When I open the door of the room, I was pleasantly shocked. It was a big room, clean room, very nice amenities. I stayed in Cocoa Beach for a week in a much much more expensive place that was not anywhere near as nice or clean. If I’m ever in Kissimmee or Orlando I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Definitely worth the...

"This motel is under renovation, but the rooms are beautiful and super clean; the quality of the free toiletries is good! The lobby and breakfast room are also done and very nice. The beds are great and there are enough lights and outlets, which is rare. "

"The overall property was in good condition the only thing that was strange, is that the elevator had a strange paint peel. The hallway also had a musty smell to it like if food was being cooked in the rooms. The staff were very nice and the check in process was quick and easy. "
