"The property should disclose that there are 2 sets of stairs and no elevator. I had to lug the suitcases up those 2 flights with no assistance even though there were staff members to assist. The area is unfortunately very dark and there a lot of homeless individuals hanging around the area. "

"Hugos place was surprisingly gorgeous. Ive stayed in a few places in PR and this time Old San Juan was a 1st. I loved the beautiful plants that adorned the walkway to the room. The property was clean and quiet. Located in the middle of Old San Juan, close to stores, restaurants and the cruise port. Hugo replied back quickly and addressed any of our concerns. This rental went smooth and effortlessly. Hugos rental is definitely recommended. You wont be dissapointed. "

"This property was super nice and cozy to sleep in, had a ton to do in a walkable area around it. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants around it. If you have a rental car parking can sometimes be tough, but overall an amazing stay!"

"The staff here are amazing and the property is beautiful. The only thing is we didn’t get turn down service the entire time and the AC unit blows right on the beds. It made it a struggle to sleep at night. They should rearrange the rooms a little to conform with the AC units. I would probably stay here again but I would get a car"
