"What an amazing hostel! Perfect location and lovely building, The panelled lounge full of lovely leather sofas, books and a roaring fire was particularly fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the beer was good and the full english veggie breakfast the ideal precursor to some stiff walking. "

"Lovely stay in the dog friendly deluxe room. Very comfortable, clean and well decorated room. The room has it's own parking space and is only about 10 minutes walk down to the centre of Bowness. Hosts are very friendly but leave you to enjoy the room in peace with the proviso that they are only a message away should you need anything. They are happy to provide any information on the local area required. They even provide dog bed, bowls and towel though we had brought our own. We will definitely...

"Very modern, clean room, perfect for my 1-night business trip. No restaurant or breakfast available but close to town. Staff excellent and helped address a booking error on my part, without charge. Would stay again if in the area. "
