"Lovely rooms. Nice spacious modern shower. Reasonably priced. Access to parking is tricky in a big vehicle, but plenty of room on street if you don't mind a few steps. Great location (less than 5 minutes from Bowness.) Would definitely return."

"I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. I was ,however,scepital about this and proceeded to try and find accomodation myself,without success at such short notice. "What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. "
