"Kings Cross underground and train station is only 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel was recently renovated, it’s very modern, the rooms are small but practical. Very clean everywhere. Cleaning room is done only every 3 days, there’s no closet only hooks on the wall."

"Second time staying here. Room I had didn’t have a window and with the air con only going down to 18 the rooms can be hot and stuffy. Would be good to be able to turn the air on down lower in the summer months. "

"We had an amazing stay here. The team were super friendly and the room was lovely. The location was perfect and central if you are looking to explore central London. There is a Gail’s bakery next door and we enjoyed breakfast there with the added bonus of 30% saving because we were staying at the hotel. The only tiny criticism was that the one mirror in the room isn’t near to a plug or light so not ideal for doing hair and make up but otherwise a wonderful stay and we would definitely book...

"Had an early flight from Gatwick, and this was much cheaper than staying nearer the airport. 15 min train to Gatwick from East Croydon in the morning made it ideal. The room was tight, not much space for more than a bed. But I didnt need much space. Very helpful and warm welcome by the reception staff. "

"Very clean room. Could have done with help for our cases. We were on the top floor and no lift. Husband 84 years old and me 76. Wasn’t easy. There was a guy in reception as well as receptionist . He could have helped us. "

"Quick check-in. Friendly gentleman on reception kindly took my luggage upstairs to the top floor. My room was clean and comfortable (as usual). The shared facilities were clean too. Unfortunately, my sleep was disturbed this time due to noisy guests (some taking showers at 3am). Once awake, I struggled to get to sleep again."
