"When we pulled up, I thought, "uh oh". The area around the motel seemed okay, but the grounds of the hotel looked terrible. They have crap just laying everywhere. A big cleanup would do wonders. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was recently renovated and outstanding. For the money we paid, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget. I will return"

"This is my second time staying here and I am positive I will be back for a third time if I ever travel to the Phoenix area! I was in town for a coaches clinic at ASU, my colleague and I enjoyed the stay and got a goods night rest! Only thing is I have not received the incidental fee back I’m sure it’s a business day thing it’s still pending on my bank hoping it’ll be back Monday or sometime during the week. Thank you again for a great stay, I surely hope to be back soon!"
