"We arrived on a Sunday and the room was so filthy we had to buy Lysol disinfectant and wipe everything down. It was disgusting the dirt we removed from the shelves and furniture. "The grounds are unkept and filthy. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. Cigarette butts on the ground inside the apartment complex. Strong smell of mildew and warm, stagnant air. "I booked this property for a business trip. This was one of the worst stays I have experienced. The management company was helpful in securing an extra night (realized I needed to check in 1 day prior for meetings), the check-in process was easy and the place was clean. Other than that, this was a terrible stay. The first night I was up all night with sounds of screaming, cursing, banging on walls, banging on doors. It was quite alarming and frightening. "

"Wonderful stay! Clean and comfortable. The directions from the agency were not easily clear, but the host was incredibly gracious and friendly! Glad they were home to let us in. The actual address is 300 1/2 not 300! We will happily stay here again!!"

"Noisy Garbage Pickup almost every night between 3:30 and 4:00 am, doors banging and stomping in unit above every night. Sofa bed pullout had such a poor mattress it was un-useable. Maintenance replaced at our request, but had no other sofas, we got a tiny futon which my 9 year old was barely able to sleep on. Manager didn't have record of our reservation or overlooked it, I had to call a few hours before our checkin to get checkin instructions."

"The layout of the house was great for our multi-generational family stay. The house is near a dairy farm that smells pretty bad most of the time which limited our time outside. As for the inside of the house, it could definitely use some TLC. Lots of dings, dents and wear and tear. The master shower had mold, the fireplace mantel looked as if it had been ripped off and the kitchen was very unorganized. The main living room was furnished nicely and the carpet was new and clean."
