"This place is nice for a 3* hotel. It’s hard to give more because it lacks some services hotels provide. Pool was nice but needed cleaning. There was coffee/tea and snacks in the morning which was nice. “Boutique hotel” kind of insinuates that it’s going to be fancy- but this place is not, however it was comfortable, clean and right in front of the ocean ( not beach ) it did have a relaxed vibe and the room was large. Also very close to a beach"

"I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much...

"We were extremely satisfied. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. This hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and to free train transportation station that takes you to different areas of San Juan. Free parking at the hotel or street parking nearby. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Quaint Inn nestled within a friendly neighborhood. You can see the beach, which is within walking distance of the Inn, from the balcony. Cute coffee shop right across the street. Easy self check-in and out. Room was spacious and modern. The bed is listed as a king but is two twins pushed together with a mattress connector. "The apartment was okay. what I like is it was accessible to the beach and there was a store close to go grocery (driving was 3 minutes) there is a walgreen. What I did not like was we have a leaking shower that was not fix when reported and the AC is noisy, the owner should upgrade to mini split which is way better. If you dont mind the noise is all good. "
