"This is the third Christmas my brother and I have stayed at the Leonardo and it just gets better and better. The staff are all outstanding, nothing it too much trouble and they are all cheerful and helpful. My brother loves to swim and I love all the places I can hide away to read. We also visit at other times but Christmas is the best"

"Stayed for one night as our son was attending a swimming clinic at GL1 in Gloucester. Great to be able to check in at 2pm rather than the usual 3-4pm. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful grounds, very relaxing bar and our apartment was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Only point lost was the breakfast which was average and food/coffee ran out due to the number of guests eating breakfast. "

"A great choice for anyone visiting the Cotswolds as Lower Slaughter is a wonderful village and the hotel is in a perfect position. The only reason for it not making 5 stars was that the radiator in our room was not hot and we were there when it was particularly cold. Secondly, dinner was quite expensive and was not served as hot as you would expect. However staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Overall would recommed this hotel for a really comfortable stay in a great location."
